Appointment Policy:

Pre-Appointment Guidelines:
– Clients are advised to avoid consuming any stimulants at least 3 hours before their scheduled eyelash extension appointment to ensure optimal application conditions and results.

Post-Appointment Terms:
– After the completion and approval of the eyelash extension service, any concerns regarding missing lashes must be addressed within 3 days of the appointment. After this period, a complimentary tip of 10% of the service cost will be applied for such claims unless it is confirmed that the issue is due to the adhesive used.
– If a glue issue is confirmed, appropriate measures will be taken to rectify the situation without the additional tip charge.

Cancellation Policy:
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of any appointment.
– Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
